"It Tickles"

That was Justin's only comment when getting his cast cut off.

August 6th

As the nurse pulled the cast off we saw how pale and dirty his arm really was. He spent the rest of the afternoon flaking off old skin, washing off 7 weeks of hidden dirt and carefully bending his wrist. He was still quite tender for a couple of days and had a blister at the base of his thumb that was sore. He's a little nervous about doing gymnastics but is getting ready for class to start next week by stretching his wrist to loosen it up and hopefully will have the necessary flexibility to be his bounding self again.
