The east side of town - the front of the temple. After posting tonight I needed to run some tools and hot cocoa out to LeRoy (he was doing some final touches on our house before the inspector comes tomorrow morning). As I was taking a couple of pictures inside the house I looked out and was surprised that I could still see the temple, even with it snowing and a little foggy. I drove up on the other side of the temple to take this picture because the one from our back windows is a little hard to see. Isn't it a beautiful temple!
This picture doesn't show it near as well as the naked eye but you get the idea. This is the view from the back of our new house!

That is awesome you can see the Temple from your back window. I think it just seems farther away because you are taking a picture. Isn't it amazing how much the human eye can see that a picture just doesn't do justice. I can't believe the open house is going on right now. Ours isn't far behind and I'm excited for it. They say possibly May or June (then I can drive down the street to go to the Temple instead of 2 hours to get there).
Wow! I can't believe how open it is around the temple. Our temple is absolutely gorgeous, but hidden by trees. What a great view.
